Authentic private visit

The remote location of our home is a safe place for our reindeer. During winter reindeer visit our home daily. Our family´ s reindeer roam free around the year traditional Sámi way. Inside the fences we have reindeer who need extra care like orphan calves. You can help us feed these reindeer.

On this visit you learn about local culture, history of reindeer herding, ancient survival skills and traditional handcrafts. 

Join me for a peaceful walk in the forest nearby where you can observe and photograph our reindeer. Breath the clean healing air of the old Taiga forest. Learn about reindeer herding, medicinal plants and the importancy of a diverse forest. 

We also take care of the wild birds. At our reindeer farm it is possible to see and photograph local birds like Siberiantits and Siberian Jays. 

Hot berry juice is available in the warmth of our charming blue wooden hut. Learn how the people have survived these harsh conditions for thousands of years. I teach our guests how to make a fire without matches. Inside our hut this is fun and safe.

In the hut I make traditional handcrafts from nature materials, like from Fish leather and Pine roots. 

You find my unique items from our Giftshop aswell as reindeer antlers and Chaga Tea.
