USE OF CUSTOMERS' PERSONAL DATA
Angeli reindeer farm respects the privacy of its customers in every way. We do not publish pictures or information about our customers without permission under any circumstances. Only in cases required by law.
The customer pays for the reindeer farm visit or workshop on site using a secure Zettle by PayPal card machine. zettle.com. The customer can also pay by invoice if agreed in advance. Angeli reindeer farm uses the secure Fennoa accounting and invoicing system. fennoa.com
Angeli reindeer farm accepts visits and workshops by phone, WhatsApp or email. Customer contact information will not be shared or sold.
The entrepreneur uses a traditional paper booking calendar, in which the entrepreneur records the number of people, child or adult, booking method, the interest and surname of the booker and in some cases the phone number and/or email address. The calendar is not visible to others. The booking calendar is kept in connection with accounting for 5 years, after which it is destroyed by burning on the company premises.

INFORMATION ON THE CONSUMER'S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
GIFTS AND HANDICRAFTS
According to the law, the consumer must return the goods no later than 14 days after canceling the transaction. The consumer is responsible for the cancellation costs themselves, unless the seller has stated that they will be responsible for them. The seller must refund the payments made by the consumer no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. However, the company has the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods back or until the consumer has proven that they have sent the goods back, unless the company is obliged to collect the goods themselves.
According to the law, however, the right of cancellation does not apply to such car rental, tourism, restaurant or leisure services that have been agreed to be performed at a certain time or by a certain time, such as for example the rental of a holiday cottage, hotel accommodation or travel, concert or theater tickets.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
SMALL GROUPS PAYING ON THE SITE: If you want to cancel your reindeer farm visit or craft workshop, that's no problem. Just let us know and we'll make it right. We won't charge you anything for cancellations.
GROUPS PAID BY ADVANCE INVOICE: If you wish to cancel a reindeer farm visit or craft workshop that you have paid in advance, we will refund your payment in full if the cancellation is received 30 days before the booked visit. Please note that it can take up to months to process a refund abroad. If the cancellation is received 29-1 days before the booked visit, we will refund 50% of the payment.
